My new character X marks the spot or X for short (: He's insane! <3 xDD His body consists of water and the little X that can float anywhere he wants in his body is his only weakness and it get's hurt or injured then it's very possible that he could die. He can make his limbs come off any way he wants, and transform into things. He also can make the water go at high speeds to hurt his opponents. The only thing I hate about this character is his hair..erg I despise it XD I am gonna change it but please tell me if you have any ideas for colors or what his hair should look like :D

hhmmmm, his tail, hair and "x"'s should be a blue then his body should be white almost blue. And his hair have three large ruffles. That's all I got! Anyway I love him! I think I might draw him too!
